Aung Myo Min is the Minister for Human Rights in the National Unity Government of Myanmar. The National Unity Government and the ethnic resistance organisations are fighting an armed struggle against the military junta that seized power in a coup in February 2021.

Recent military advances and ongoing political resistance across the country, has international commentators saying the regime’s grip on power looks increasingly shaky.
