HE Kim Byong Hong is DPRK ambassador to Indonesia. He is visiting New Zealand to participate in a workshop on the DPRK organised by the NZ-DPRK Society, the NZ Institute of International Affairs and the Centre for Strategic Studies. Ambassador Kim previously visited NZ in 1997 as acting Director of the Institute for Peace and Disarmament in Pyongyang.
